Terms & Conditions
- Mothers may sign up for either (A) Pregnancy freebies or/and (B) Mummy with Child freebies. However, incomplete registrations or inaccurate information will render the entry ineligible.
- Multiple registrations for the freebies campaign are permissible only if a new freebie from a different entity has been introduced, and you did not register for this freebie from the particular entity at the time of signing up.
- I acknowledge that all freebies are applicable for one-time redemption only, unless stated otherwise.
- For mothers who have registered for (B) Mummy with Child freebies, only relevant freebies corresponding to their child's date of birth (D.O.B) can be redeemed.
- Mummys Market has the authority to substitute the freebie as deemed appropriate and can modify the relevant terms and conditions without any prior notice. Any decision made by Mummys Market is considered final.

- Only pregnant mothers are allowed to redeem the Mamypoko 5-piece size S Diaper Pack. Family members, Friends & Relatives cannot collect on behalf.

FREE Feeding Bottle Bundle
- Please note that the Feeding Bottle Bundle is exclusively available to pregnant mothers who are at or before 36 weeks of pregnancy at the time of sign-up. If your expected due date (EDD) falls beyond 36 weeks, you are only eligible to receive the Complimentary BaaBaaSheepz Pillow.
- The information you provide in this Registration Form is to enable Mummy’s Market and their related sponsor parties to contact you for possible future marketing-related activities.
- By the provision of your contact particulars in this form, you consent to be contacted by such means, including by: (a) phone call and text messages at the phone number provided; and (b) email, if your email address has been furnished, for the purposes identified in this form.
- In particular, please note that your contact details will be disclosed to AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited (Reg. No. 201715016G) and its insurance representatives including those under AIA Financial Advisers [Reg. FREE Nestlé FamilyNes Welcome Kit
- Only first time participants who fulfil the following conditions are eligible to join the Nestlé FamilyNes.
- Participant must be Singapore resident or permanent resident with a valid Singapore contact number and address;
- Participant must have given their consent to receive promotional and marketing messages from Nestlé (Singapore) Pte Limited (”Nestlé”) by telephone calls and text messages for product or promotional updates in order to enjoy full member privileges, and
- Participant must have completed and submitted this form to Nestlé FamilyNes.
- The Nestlé FamilyNes Welcome Kit (the "Kit") is only for participants who are pregnant at the point of registration. Limited to 1 Kit (the "Kit") per household, while stocks last.
- Kindly expect the redemption of the Welcome Kit to be processed and delivered between 4-8 weeks from redemption request.
- For online sample requests, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for processing and delivery. Only one sample is allowed per household, subject to the age restrictions according to the product. Careline will call for verification prior to fulfillment. Samples will not be processed for invalid requests and duplicated requests.
- The Kit (the "Kit") is given on an “as is” basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
- Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion and Kit (the "Kit") is the property of their respective owners.
- Nestlé FamilyNes may, without notice, at its sole discretion, and at any time:
- I.Amend the terms of or cancel/postpone/interrupt this promotion, or
